Event Centre

CMLC led this project as Development Manager from 2019-2021 through concept and schematic design. We exited the project in 2021 and are now managing the interface of the new facility through district-wide infrastructure work.

Attainable Homes

CMLC partnered with Attainable Homes, another wholly-owned subsidiary of The City of Calgary.

Temporary programming intervention at Historic Fire Hall 1 in 2022 in partnership with The City of Calgary.

Arts Commons Transformation (ACT)

$660M project that will break ground end of 2024 – completion for the 2028/2029 season.

District Wide Infrastructure

Coordination with CSEC, Calgary Stampede and The City of Calgary to deliver critical streetscape and interface projects around the new event centre, Scotia Place, including 14th Ave SE, creation of new 5A Street SE, 25th and 17th Avenue improvements and 6th Street SE underpass. Planning is currently underway and construction is to commence in 2025.
