Land Sales in the District - since our inception, land sales to developers have been key to building a vibrant Rivers District
Goal
Grow investment in the district with six new developer partners.
Result
Seven new developer partners: Minto, One Properties, Alston Properties and Attainable Homes with additional partner announcements in late 2024.
Private investment
An important measure of the value of the City’s investment in the Rivers District can be evaluated by our ability to attract private investment.
New and varied residential offerings bring people and energy to the Rivers District. And more in the pipeline.

Development of CMLC Team
With a growing team, new HR initiatives help with alignment and skill development for evolving roles. Our Integrated Leadership Team (ILT) established in 2023 supports the executive management team and project partners. High-performance leaders participated in an intensive leadership development program.

Annual, anonymous staff surveys offer a pulse check and an opportunity for team members to reflect on strengths and weaknesses.
Growth of the CMLC Team
Our growth is commensurate with the increase in the value, number and kind of projects we have undertaken in the last five years. CMLC has grown almost 50% to 38 people from 21 in 2019 while our project value has increased by nearly 400%.
